A refund policy that’s fair.

At GoConqr we want our users to have the best experience possible. This includes how we deal with refund requests. If you are unhappy for any reason, we want you to let us know. Just drop us an email to support@goconqr.com and we will look to take care of you.

Examples of full refunds we’d approve.

  • You’ve had a full year of GoConqr and you no longer require the upgraded account. If you were just charged for your next year, but you meant to cancel, we would be happy to refund that extra charge.

Examples of partial refunds or credits we’d grant.

  • If there was extended downtime on the system outside of maintenance windows (several hours in a day, or multiple days in a month), we’d issue a partial credit to your account.
