                      1. Good sources of iron include: liver red meat beans and nuts dried fruits such as dried apricots
                      2. CALCIUM
                        1. Good sources of calcium include: cheese eggs milk green leafy vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage

                        1. Fibre is an important component of a healthy balanced diet. We get fibre from plant-based foods, but it's not something the body can absorb.

                                  1. blind trials – the volunteers do not know which group they are in but the researchers do
                                  2. DOUBLE BLIND TRIALS
                                    1. double-blind trials – neither the volunteers nor the researchers know which group the volunteers are in until the end of the trial
