1. ROM is memory that cannot be changed by a programme or a user. ROM remains its memory even when its turned off.
What does volatile and non-volatile mean?
1. Volatile means that it will only keep its data as long as the power is on.
2. Non-volatile means that it doesn't need power to keep its data.
