- Since lectures are a one time event and each lecture differs from the other. It would be a marvelous idea to have a database of lectures and listen to them over and over again for generations. Tremendous of value is lost when a lecturer speaks such as Arnold Schwarceneger and then it is not recorded. The chance a person like him visiting our school again for the same exact lecture is one in a million. And the unrecorded lecture is lost forever.

Lecturers would not want to be recorded. Or would not give permission to use recordings over and over. Or would charge a commission fee whenever the recording is reused, after all this is their business how they make money.
