- Drink lots of water because its good for your
brain.
- Try and not procrastinate. and instead revise.
- Try and go bed earlier so you're not as tired the next day.
- Take a break (every hour or so) or whenever you feel tired and
know when to stop.
- Try not to stress and if you do find a way to mange it.
- Allow time to do what you like and not revise all the time
or else you won't remember anything that you revised as
you're miserable.
- plan your time well so you have time to do everything you want.
- Eat healthier so you have more energy.
- Use a range of medias to revise such as a revision guide, websites and your own notes.
