- To send an attachment online, press the paperclip icon at
the top of the new message and select where you want to
get the attachment from

- To resize a file, put it in a zip file before you send it. Or,
you can change the size when selecting it

- Open file explorer and find the file you want to
send. Select it and press Send To, Mail Recipient

- Responding
- You can choose to respond to everybody who has
received an email or just the person who sent it. Be
aware, it may get annoying if you always press reply
all, so only use it if you need to

- You can save a signature and use it for signing
documents by email so you don't need to print
them off.
