  1. Choosing an address
    1. Email provider
      1. A good idea is to have @provider in your email address
      2. Sensible name
        1. Use your initials or name in the first part of you email address. This means you shouldn't have any problems with friends not knowing who you are and reporting you
        2. Think of the future

                  2. Responding
                    1. You can choose to respond to everybody who has received an email or just the person who sent it. Be aware, it may get annoying if you always press reply all, so only use it if you need to
                    2. Signatures
                      1. You can save a signature and use it for signing documents by email so you don't need to print them off.
