- 1ST STAGE
UNFREEZING
- Understanding the need for change
due to specific circumstances, old
ways are not working.
- Have to be aware of the necessity of the
change, nature of the change needed, methods
planned to achieve the change, needs of those
affected and the ways that progress will be
planned and monitored
- 2ND
STAGE
CHANGE
- This is the process of devising
and implementing the change
- Define the problem, identify the solutions,
devise appropriate strategy to implement
the change, implement the solution
- 3RD STAGE
REFREEZING
- Process of maintaining the
momentum of change
- Locking in the changes, stabilizing the situation, building
relationships,consolidating the systems, evaluation and support,
preventing any going back to the old ways, refreezing is complete
when the new patterns are accepted and followed willingly
