whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel
will save it."
- Discipleship could involve you losing
your life to get to the kingdom-martyr.

Man will be ashamed of him when he
comes in his Father's glory with the holy
angels.

and follow God's values you will be rewarded eternal life.

have kept since I was a boy"
- He has not broken any laws.

to the poor, and you will have
treasure in heaven. Then come,
follow me."
- It's not enough to just follow the rules you must
be willing to make big sacrifices.

needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of
God."
- "Who then can be saved?"
- "With man this is impossible, but not
with God; all things are possible with
God."
- Money can get in the way of a relationship
with God. You need to rely on God's
goodness.
- Christians can learn that money shouldn't be the main focus in
their lives, things are more important than money, should be
humble and put others first and if they struggle they will be
rewarded in the next life.
- Rewards of the Kingdom
- "no one who has left home... for me and the gospel will fail
to receive a hundred times as much in the present age and in
the age to come, eternal life."

servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all."

but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for
many."
- If you wish to follow Jesus you must be prepared
to be a servant. If you serve you will become the
greatest.
- Christians must be prepared to serve and shouldn't
be concerned with power or status.
- The Greatest Commandments
