1. Hektor send the women of Troy to pray to Athene but it does't work as she supports the Greeks

1. Zeus wants to save his son Sarpedon, but Hera says that they cannot mess with fate and he agrees
2. Apollo takes Patroklos' armour so Hektor can kill him
Book 18
1. Thetis goes to get Achilles new armour from Haphaestion
2. Athene helps Achilles scare the Trojans away from Patroklos' body
Book 19
1. Thetis protects Patroklos' body whilst Achilles returns to fight
2. Agamemnon insists his actions with Achilles in Book 1 where due to Ate
Book 22
1. Athene disguises herself as Dephoibos and tricks Hektor so Achilles can kill him
Book 24
1. Apollo prevents harm to Hektors body
2. Hermes protects Priam when he enters and leaves the Greek camp
