1. Goal is to qualify as a teacher. I will have to develop different strategies in the classroom situation.
2. Skills Needed
   1. Time Management- submitting assessments, getting to class on time, note-taking
      1. Taking regular breaks to keep myself in the best learning state.
      2. Asking for feedback from teaching staff
   2. Essay writing skills - I will need to focus on structuring my essays, adding in-text citations and proper style referencing i.e. Harvard WESTERNSYD.

1. Challenges and Obstacles
   1. Understanding and interpreting essay and assignment questions confidently.
   2. Lacking confidence in asking for help with assignments or essays
2. Motivations
   1. Teaching in secondary schools to share my knowledge and passion of history which has come about by my travels, readings and research.
   2. Studied Modern History In High School, passionate subject. studied Conflict Archaeology with Cambridge University online
3. Necessary Skills
   1. Concentration - being able to focus on the task at hand. Managing time - being well prepared for lessons.

1. Having part-time/casual employment while studying will support my confidence, social life and independence.
2. Continue with volunteering in the local community. This supports my Duke of Edinburgh module, socialising with like-minded people and feeling like I am contributing to those less fortunate.

1. Continuing to pursue my Silver Duke of Edinburgh. Good for my confidence, study/life/work balance, and could help secure jobs overseas.
2. Renew my First Aid skills learned in my Surf lifesaving Bronze Medallion Certification.
