which causes students to look to other
institutions to pursue their career path

- The physical infrastructure (the
buildings, classrooms etc) are
dated and in need of an update

- Increase Degree plans offering
- Offer a wider range of degree
plans spanning different subjects
- Increase IT Implementation
- Increase the availability for HyFlex
courses to accommodate those with
hectic schedules.
- Improve university infrastructure
- Upgrade working computers in the
library and add more books. Upgrade the music room

- COVID-19
- The COVID-19 pandemic is pushing many people to avoid
physical contact with others as much as
possible. Therefore, the traditional face-to-face
classes are becoming less desirable
- Competition
- ICCI is another tertiary level institution which has an
overlap in some courses offered by UCCI. As such, in
those areas, UCCI does not have the competitive
advantage and face the possibility of losing potential
students to ICCI
- Crime
- Give the increase of crime, even endangering
the the safety of the students on campus, due
to lack of confidence in security students may
hesitate to continue their studies and may turn
off potential students
