- There are many ways to safegaurd, for instance DBS's are a form of ensuring people that work with vulnerable people are safe

- Social workers
- Social workers especially are trained thouroughly to spot any kind of abuse or neglect
- Social workers must undertake a DBS check
- Police
- police try to defuse situations and prevent citizens feeling unsafe
- Teachers
- Teachers are responsible for the kids under there care, this means things such as school trips should be risk assessed and students should be counted regularaly
- it's also teachers responsibilty to ensure people helping out on school trips are safe
