1. Article II establishes the president and states he is responsible for enforcing the law
2. The president is the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces
3. The president has to be a at least 35 years old, be a natural born citizen and must have lived in the united states at least 14 years
More than 4 million employees working in the executive branch
The Cabinet is made up of 15 executive departments that are appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate
1. The Cabinet meets with the president almost every two months to discuss important topis
The Vice-President is there to replace the president if the president isn't able to do his job on a certain ocassion
1. The vice-President is also the president of Congress
The Legislative Branch has to approve what the president wants to do before acting
The president can be impeached if 2/3 of congress votes to do so
