- CHAPTER I. FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS.
- As CEO, the first thing I must take into account is to guarantee
the fundamental rights of the people in the area where the
project will be carried out, especially the right to life, good
treatment, decent work, individual and collective respect, to
accept the positions or statements of others and to free
association. I consider it vitally important to have and
maintain a good relationship and healthy coexistence
environment with the locals and also with the state,
demonstrating respect for the rules and enforcing the rights
of citizens. All this without any detriment to the objectives or
goals proposed by the company I direct.
- CHAPTER II. OF SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL RIGHTS.
- On issues related to social, economic and cultural well-being; The first thing
I would guarantee as CEO is the stability of families since they are the
engine or fundamental basis of a society and we must ensure their
integrity. It would develop incentive programs for women heads of
households, as well as promote education, health, recreation and sports
programs for children, adolescents and the elderly. This would be a project
where all people would have guaranteed access to health promotion,
protection and recovery services. Finally, all citizens would have the
opportunity to carry out strikes and collective bargaining if necessary.
- CHAPTER III. OF COLLECTIVE
RIGHTS AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
- I strongly believe that the main theme of a project of this type
is to guarantee its sustainable development to the community
and the state. Therefore, I am committed as CEO to
guaranteeing the enjoyment of a healthy environment and the
participation of the community in the decisions that must be
made in this regard. Adequate planning will be carried out for
the management and use of resources, the use of aggressive
pollutants will not be allowed in the execution of the project
and all current national and international treaties will be
respected.
