    1. It is a collaboritave research approach based on researchers and participants that work together in order to identify several kind of problems, develop solutions and reflect on the outcomes.
      1. It allows for the collaboration, reflection and action in a meaningfuly way.

        1. To include them (people) who feel excluded by envolving them in the research process.
          1. To make sure that the research is developed directly with particioants´relevant needs and real contexts to the
