Controlling temperature
- During exercise
your core body
temperature
increases.
- This is because your muscles and heart
etc are working harder and faster to keep
up with what you're doing
- During exercise your skin doesnt go red
because you are sweating. The sweat
evaporates and cools down the skin
- Sweating also lets the heat come out with the sweat and the sweat then gets
evaporated meaning the heat is lost in the air other than in the body.
- When you get too hot , the blood vessels
supplying your capillaries just below your
skin expand. More blood flows closer to the
surface which then allows the heat to
radiate out quicker
- Your sweat glands and kidneys control your water
output.Kidneys remove any excess water in your urine
