Religious attitudes to drug abuse
  1. A drug is a substance which, when taken, affects the body or mind.
    1. Legal drugs are drugs that can be purchesed legally. However some drugs may have age restrictions
      1. Prescription drugs are drugs that are legally obtained only with a doctors constent.
        1. Drug abuse is using drugs in a way that harms the user
          1. Illegal drugs are drugs which are illegal to possess, sell or use. They are put into 3 classifications according o their potential harm and addictiveness
            1. Social drugs are legal drugs which are still addictive, these can be drugs such as alcohol, nicotine, and caffine
            2. For Sikhs, obedience to the Kurahuts rules out rukes out the use of alcohol and tobacco because they believe they intoxicate the mind and distracts it from God
