- Standard form is an accurate and simple way of writing
very large and very small numbers using powers of 10
- Examples:

- 45,300 = 4.53 x 10,000 = 4.53 x 10^4
- 0.03 = 3 x 0.01 = 3 x 10^-2
- Reversing Standard Form
