Pressure
  1. Air Pressure
    1. If I blow up a balloon I am pushing more air particles into it meaning there are more bouncing off the sides of the balloon creating high air pressure
      1. A balloon would burst easily if I pressed it against one nail because a small surface area means high pressure, if I pressed the same balloon against 20 nails it would take more force to burst as they would have a higher combined surface area meaning a lower pressure
    2. Calculating Pressure
      1. Pressure=force/area
      2. Water Prssure
        1. The deeper you go under water the more water there is pressing down on you therefor the higher the water pressure
          1. There are problems that can come from high water pressure, one of them is called the bends, at high pressure levels a diver starts to respire nitrogen and ther gases into their bloodstream, these gas bubble accumulate in the joints like the knee and as the diver resurface the gas bubbles expand causing agonising pain.
          2. Hydraulics
            1. Hydraulics is a way of increasing the load force by using liquid. The liquid is pushed through a syringe with a small cross section area and is pushed into a syringe with a larger coss section area. Because the area is bigger inn the second syringe this multiplies the load force due to F=A*P
            2. Levers
              1. A lever is a rigid bar with a pivot that will increase the effort by increasing the distance from the pivot point. The longer the handle the greater the load force
                1. Levers are found everywhere in our lives, some common examples are: Doors, Elbows, Jaws, Scissors, Wheelbarrows and many more!
              2. Moments
                1. A moment is the turning effect of a force around a fixed point called a pivot, it will either go clockwise or anti-clockwise
                  1. Here is the calculation triangle for a moment
