- Rubbish doesn't end up in the
ocean
- Bins must also be able to be picked up
and securely closed
- Birds tend to get into bins that aren't
securely closed
- This creates a noise problem and
rubbish is scattered across the
park
- If the bins can't get picked by machines such as garbage
trucks then the rubbish cant be taken out of the park
