Supply Chain Management what it is?  is the management of the flow of goods and services, involves the movement and storage of raw materials, of work-in-process inventory, and of finished goods from point of origin to point of sales and consuption of final customer. in the video we have an example of how much profit can we get from selling water bottles and many people especially the consumers belive that these water companies get a lot of profit from their products but they do not know all the procedures behind that cost more than the actual product in the video the man explaining tell us to think ass a entrepeneur or a bussines executive so we can realise that product cost is not equal to material cost.   in order to figure out the profit you need to follow and take in count a number of procedures that make that the bottle of water can be in the market ready to be sell this procedures involve ; purchase of the empty bottles and caps, transportation, design and print of the label machinery, workers to manipulate machinery, purification plant, electricity to run the machines and water purifier and more diferent procedures and the responsible to make all this procedures happen is the suply chain manager that take care of all of this.   also depending on the product that you want to sell the precedures vary and so the cost and profit to make it happen.
