This doc aims to provide a understanding of relevant context which can be applied to written-prose for creative interpretations of the text 1984. Objectives: 1. A brief understanding of area's in George Orwell's life which hinders meaning/reasoning behind set text. 2. A brief understanding of the time in which the book was written and relevant areas which have inspired the book. 3. A brief understanding of the book genre (Dystopia) and what the purpose of this serves.
