A true believer: Sacrifices for Allah swt, for the sake of the deen, whether it is through ones wealth, self. To be a true believer, one must be a muhajir or an ansaar. A muhajir gives up his home to migrate and an ansaar sacrifices to help out the muhajir.

Surah Tawbah is a madani surah that was revealed in the 9th year after hijrah. It contains 129 verses and is the last of the seven long surahs of the quran. From now on, the surahs will be short. All of the major long surahs of the quran, the madani surahs are now complete with surah Tawbah.
