Four days ago, I ❌ a Banana iPhone from your online store. The product ❌ ❌ but there is a ❌ problem with the touch screen: it only works ❌ and it misreads where I am pressing so another app opens which is annoying and ❌.

I ❌ your help line ❌ but was put on hold for forty minutes. When I was eventually put through to a Customer Care Assistant, he ❌ me that this is a common problem in the winter due to cold temperatures. I was ❌ to warm my phone on a radiator.

The product is obviously ❌ and when I requested a refund, the assistant advised me I would have to wait for his manager to ❌ from holiday in three months' time.

This is totally ❌. Not only is the phone of ❌ quality but also the Customer Service provided is ❌ inadequate. I would be ❌ if you could ❌ an immediate refund. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
