Trigeminal neurlagia = paroxysms of intense unilateral facial pain resembling electrical shocks in the area of one of the branches of trigeminal nerve
Trigeminal neuralgia = surgery therpary should NOT be considered in patients who are refractory or have replases under medical treatment
