Restructuring professionals are in demand in the PE industry amid the pandemic, PE recruitment firms say. Notably, there has been a spike in enquires for PE professionals with restructuring skills, according to Rupert Bell, director of DACH, at PER. Bell concedes there is a slowdown in inactivity. However, only a third of PER's work has been on hold, while more than half of work is still moving.
