Patron says, “I need documents for a name change. Where can I get them?”

Member responds, “That’s in the law library. Do you want me to walk with you?”

Member responds, “You’ve filled out this fee waiver. Let’s go file it.”

Patron says, “Where is the courtroom 305?”

Patron says, “Where is the Vital Records office?”

Member responds, “The help desk said they couldn’t help you? You can try to find a lawyer through this referral program.”

Patron says, “Can I get my marriage license in this building?”

Member responds, “Let me walk you to the elevators.”

Member responds, “Ok. Let’s sit down and fill out this form.”

Patron says, “I missed my court date. Where do I go?”

Member responds, “It’s a little confusing to get to that office from here. I’ll walk with you.”

Patron says, “How do I get to the clerk’s office?’
