PEET-zay Our pizza oven is a work of art. Custom built brick by brick. We use pecan, apple, cherry and red hickory and the oven cooks at a temperature of around 5900 degrees. All of our pizzas will be 11 inches and the bottom of the crust is dusted with cornmeal.
