Steps to Prepping for Clinical:

1. Create Concept Map with main branches for Main Diagnosis/ Comorbidities

2. Research what the disorders are.

3. Record on map the main possible concerns related to each diagnosis

4. Create next box of map to have the possible nursing interventions

5. Next create a list of possible responses/ evaluations that would need to be done

6. Medications: research, pull med cards, and try to list which medications go with each diagnosis

6. Anticipate lab work that would corresponds to client diagnosis
