How do you create a temporary magnet?
Place the material which is to be magnetised and the magnet in water.
Stroke the magnetic material with a magnet a few times.
Connect two batteries to each end of the magnetic material.
Coil a wire as many times as you can around the magnetic material and connect the two ends of the wire to batteries.
Coil a wire as little times as you can around the magnetic material and connect the two ends of the wire to batteries.
Place a magnet and the magnetic material close to each other.
Stick the magnet to the magnetic material.
