CF 28- CCP Enamel defects

This patient has low dietary protein, underweight for height and deficiency in height each exceeds one standard deviation. Feeding difficulties due to pain. Maternal and patient anemia
Oral examination reveals extensive lack of enamel on all primary teeth, rampant caries, sores on oral mucosa and sensitivity.
