Initiation of transcription
The core RNA polymerase core DNA polymerase TATA box( core RNA polymerase, core DNA polymerase, TATA box ) binds to the sigma factor theta factor delta factor( sigma factor, theta factor, delta factor ) to produce the RNA polymerase holoenzyme complex( holoenzyme, complex ). Then this binds to the promoter operator( promoter, operator ). Then a transcription bubble is formed. Next there is the creation of bonds between rNTPs. Finally there is an escape from transcription apparatus from promoter.

Initiation of translation
Small Large( Small, Large ) subunit binds to Shine-Dalgarno Kozak( Shine-Dalgarno, Kozak ) sequence with the help
of IF3 IF2 IF1( IF3, IF2, IF1 )
Then fMet-tRNA tRNA fMet-mRNA( fMet-tRNA, tRNA, fMet-mRNA ) binds to initiation codon with the help of IF1, IF2 and
GTP ATP( GTP, ATP )
This is called the 30s 40s 50s( 30s, 40s, 50s ) initiation complex
Then IFs are removed and large small( large, small ) subunit is added
This is called the 70s 80s( 70s, 80s ) initiation complex
In summary the ribosome has been assembled on the
mRNA and the first tRNA is attached to the initiation codon
