Lipids

A phospholipid can be thought of having a polar hydrophobic( polar, hydrophobic ) 'head', consisting of a glycerol fatty acid chain a-Glucose chain( glycerol, fatty acid chain, a-Glucose chain ) and phosphoric acid carboxylic acid carboxyl( phosphoric acid, carboxylic acid, carboxyl ) group, and hydrophobic polar( hydrophobic, polar ) 'tails', consisting of fatty acid chains phosphoryl groups B-Glucose chains amylopectin( fatty acid chains, phosphoryl groups, B-Glucose chains, amylopectin ). Phospholipids are the most predominant molecule in the bilayer monolayer transport proteins( bilayer, monolayer, transport proteins ) forming plasma membranes.
