Long ago the people of Europe became very curious about other lands. Some of these people were brave as well as curious. A few of them were willing to sail out into the dangerous oceans to learn about our earth. These men sailed from Europe to explore the earth during the Age of Exploration. To begin with you will learn about three of those men: Prince Henry, Christopher Columbus, and Ferdinand Magellan.
