Storytelling can not be used in the elementary school, middle, high school, college and adult education English as a foreign and second Language learning.

Storytelling begins with introducing the vocabulary (step 1). In this case students can act out the stories as the teacher tells and asks questions about them.

One disadvantage is that storytelling motivates learners and it can help develop positive attitudes towards the foreign language learning.

The storytelling develops the imagination because it gives the chance to identify the characters and try to interpret and to predict the main events
