Great interest in Renaissance music.Many Choral pieces, 9 symphonies and 4 operas. Famous for an idyllic character but would also be tempestuous at times. Important works include Flos Compi, Fantasia on Greensleeves, Fantasia on a theme by Thomas Tillis. |
