Q: What is the difference between ethics and morals? Should our law be based on out ethics and morals? A person’s idea of morals tends to be shaped by their surrounding environment. Moral values shape a person’s ideas about right and wrong. A moral person wants to do the right thing They're our morals in action. Ethics enact the system we've developed in our moral code. As such, someone will behave ethically or unethically. For example, someone's ethics will prevent them from taking action and telling a bold-faced lie or stealing their mother-in-law's secret recipe for cornbread.
Q: Do you believe ethics are relative? Give examples out of our life. Ethical relativism is what one culture considers a behavior wrong, or immoral, whereas the same behavior is completely acceptable in a different culture. Examples: Girls are expected to be virgins when they get married. Whereas premarital sex in western world is the norm, and it is totally acceptable for women to date and have sex if they choose to before they ever think of getting married Another example would be if I believed I could take something that didn't belong to me or that I thought I needed it more than you. Some real life examples would be if someone believes stealing is ok if you are hungry, adultery is acceptable as long as you really love the other person, or it’s fine to lie as long as you are helping someone.
Business ethics -> what is right or wrong within business context? Each person chooses a different path based on his or her own moral backbone. But in a business environment, behaving in an ethical manner and having to make the ‘right’ decisions will not only impact company profit but the external image and internal culture as well.
Difference of what is right or wrong in private life and business life The main difference between business ethics and personal ethics is that business ethics are the code of conduct imposed on an employee or a member of a certain profession whereas personal ethics are the code of ethics that govern an individual's whole life.

In Life: It’s a simple concept in life – most people don’t like to have relationships with people that are dishonest or disloyal. Being trustworthy and honest can strengthen your relationships. Compliance In Business: Ethical companies follow the accepted rules and regulations in business, whether it’s adhering to confidentiality requirements or following environmental policies. In Life: There are certain activities that include compliance with the law, civil, and environmental expectations that will make you a more socially responsible individual, which can enrich your life

What is Internalisation? This is when a person genuinely believes and accepts a group norm. This would be publicly and privately at the views, behavior and beliefs become a part of the way they think. The behavior and beliefs are present even when not with the group. real life example: Religion, Vegetarianism
