What does augmentation mean? Augmentation is the modification of a theme by increasing the time value of all its notes.
What does hemiola mean? Hermiola is a rhythmic pattern of syncopated beats with two beats in the time of three or three beats in the time of two.
What doe cross rhythm mean? Cross rhythm is the effect produced when two conflicting rhythms are heard together
