The government need not be of a specific type, such as democratic, socialist, etc, but it does need to have parameters that are defined and relatively unchangeable. |
Legal Sovereignty | Legal sovereignty is defined as that person or body of persons that makes law and whose law is final and is recognized by courts and is enforced by the executive. |
