    It is experienced here and now. It implies the following levels.   Mind: I think / I imagine (preoccupation) Emotions: I feel anger, sadness, fear, euphoria, etc. Physical: signs and symptoms.

    Example: Carlo's experience
    I don't feel well. I haven't stopped working; I need to rest. Soon I have to work a lot. Right now I can't stop, I am the manager and this people doesn't move alone. My whole body is hurting, I am without energy. And I have this cold that doesn't go. I feel overwhelmed, I just got promoted and it is a huge responsibility. I have so much to learn and how convenient this cold comes right now. For the first time I have the fear of not meeting the expectations and these people don't help me. They are so slow!
