        A piece of written, printed, or electronic matter that provides information or evidence or that serves as an official record.

    SCANNER
                  A scanner is an input device that scans documents such as photographs and pages of text. When a document is scanned, it is converted into a digital format.

          A piece of furniture with a flat or sloping surface and typically with drawers, at which one can read, write, or do other work

    OFFICE FURNITURE
      Office furniture means any furnishing that is free standing and does not require installation with component parts. Examples are desks, chairs, file cabinets, tables, lounge seating, and computer desks.

    FILE CABINET
      A filing cabinet (or sometimes file cabinet in American English) is a piece of office furniture usually used to store paper documents in file folders. In the simplest context, it is an enclosure for drawers in which items are stored. The two most common forms of filing cabinets are vertical files and lateral files.

    RETENTION TABLE
        A retention table is where you're tracking the percentage of users coming back on the umpteenth day after they are first acquired.

    TABLE RATING
        A Table Rating is used to modify the price that comes with a normal risk class, and they are most often paired with either the Standard Non-Tobacco or Standard Tobacco risk classes, since the medical issues that lead to table ratings will almost always keep you from getting a best-class offer.

      Anything archival relates to an archive, which is a record or collection of historical materials. Archival resources document the past. Most libraries have a special place for archival documents, like old newspapers and photos. An archive is a collection of older things such as books, music, or documents.

    CORRESPONDENCE UNIT
    ​   The Correspondence Unit is responsible for processing routine requests for occurrence summary reports including collision, reconstruction collision, theft and property damage as well as requests for witness statements, photographs and calls.

      Helps you to track all of your communications activities within your project. It is important that you track your communications activities so that you have a formal record for auditing purposes. It also enables you to get feedback and to improve your communications processes.

        A file management system is a type of software that manages data files in a computer system. It has limited capabilities and is designed to manage individual or group files, such as special office documents and records.

        The Formal Communication is the exchange of official information that flows along the different levels of the organizational hierarchy and conforms to the prescribed professional rules, policy, standards, processes and regulations of the organization.

        "Corporate image" was once advertising jargon but is today a common phrase referring to a company's reputation. The "image" is what the public is supposed to see when the corporation is mentioned.

        The phone is an electrical system that you use to talk to someone else in another place, by dialing a number on a piece of equipment and speaking into it.

      Document processing is the activity of operating on information captured in some form of persistent medium. Traditionally, that medium is paper, and documents are bundles of paper with information captured in print or in writing. Document processing may serve to coordinate and conduct business transactions.

    DOCUMENTARY SERIES
      Set of documentary units of homogeneous structure and content, emanating from the same organ or producer subject as a consequence of the exercise of their specific functions. Examples: Resumes or Labor Histories, Contracts, Minutes, Reports, among others.

        Documentary consists of written down documents. The Wikipedia defines documentary as a non -fictional motion picture with the purpose of documenting some aspects of reality, intended to maintain a historical record

    PORTAFOLIO DOCUMENT
        A portfolio is a collection of documents and writing that you assemble in order to demonstrate that you have the appropriate prior and experiential learning to earn university level credit. Portfolios can be electronically-based (preferred) or paper-based.
