In viewing an electron micrograph of a cell, ribosomes, pili and a single circular chromosome are observed. What structure will also be present? A plasmid.
With structure can be found in both plant and animal cells? Mitochondrion.
When viewing an endocrine cell of the pancreas using a light microscope which structures would not be visible? The rough endoplasmic reticulum (rER) and the 80s ribosomes

What is a function of the Golgi Apparatus? Helps process proteins from the rER.
What is the function of the flagellum? To help the movement of the cell. Found in animal cells only.
