Saute Pan A sauté pan, from the French verb meaning "to jump" (sauter), has a wide, flat bottom and relatively tall, vertical sides.
Sautoir A Sautoir has a large cooking surface and short straight sides that are about one quarter the diameter of the pan.
Sheet Pan A sheet pan, baking tray or baking sheet is a flat, rectangular metal pan used in an oven.
Spring Form Pan A springform pan is a type of bakeware that features sides that can be removed from the base. Springform refers to the construction style of this pan
Wok A metal pan shaped like a shallow bowl, used especially for frying and steaming in Asian cooking
