Bradypnoea Slow RR, less than 12 rpm "the patient is bradypnoeic, let's check her SpO2 and sedation score"
Febrile Pyrexia elevated body temperature equal to or above 38.0 degrees Celsius "my patient is febrile; the Dr has ordered a septic screen" "the patient is febrile to 38.9"

Orthostatic hypotension Postural hypotension Clinically significant decrease in blood pressure (>20 mm Hg) related to position changes i.e. lying to standing, sitting to standing. Usually associated with symptoms i.e. light-headedness
Tachypnoeic Fast respirations, greater than 20 rpm "the patient has become slightly tachypnoeic, let's assess him to find a cause for this change"
Tachycardia Elevated HR, equal or greater than 100 bpm "the patient is tachycardic and hypotensive, let's get him to bed and assess him"
Normotensive Blood pressure within a 'normal' range
