Why does data have to be up-to-date? E.g. If someone dies they wouldn't still want to receive letters. Data should be stamped to be useful
Why does data have to be complete? E.g. If someone forgets to add the postcode to a parcel then the parcel is delayed. All information is needed
Why does data have to be accurate? E.g. If a company has the wrong address then the customer won't receive their items. Information must be error free
Why is complete beneficial to an organisation? 1. Complete information aids decision making. 2. Able to target resources to gain a competitive advantage.
Why is up-to-date beneficial to an organisation? Easier to monitor progress of the company and look at how many staff are hitting targets
