It sounds /d/ This should be the normal way to pronounce it. The rest are exceptions. Verbs ending in a vowel sound /d/ and, most verb endings will sound /d/
It sounds /t/ Verbs ending in sounds: p, k, sh, ch, gh, th, ss, c, x
I sounds /id/ in verbs ending in -t or -d
