Question Answer
Hero "To protect and to serve" -Someone usually blessed and loved by a god or goddesses- The hero suffers physical and mental changes that allows him to grow in the journey of searching his identity.
Mentor -Trains an aids the hero in his request- Giving him advices or gifts that would help or motivate the Hero on his journey.
Herald "Call to action" -Is the character who sends the Hero to his journey- This one could be a friendly or evil.
Threshold Guardians These characters are provided as an obstacle that the Hero must overcome to become stronger and continuous his journey.
Shadow -Antagonist image of the Hero that is always trying to defeat him- Usually the representation of darkness and evil.
Trickster -This character is aimed to make fun of the situation to low down the tension- This one can be an ally, an agent of the shadow or even an independent agent.
Shapeshifter “Two-faced” -Characters which tends to change appearance or behavior by lying, to give the story more suspense and mystery- You can identify the shape shifter if you doubt if a character is going to betray the Hero, if the character is an ally or an enemy:
