Question Answer
/t/ 'introduce" final sound is /s/, so after adding "ed", as the /s/ is unvoiced you will listen to /t/ final sound in the word introduced
I downloaded the information from the Internet. /id/ the verb "to download" has the final sound /d/ . So for the verbs ending in final sound /d/ and /t/, after adding "ed" you will listen to a final /id/ in the past form "downloaded"
I found the problem when I launched this program . launched /t/ final 'ch' is unvoiced, so after adding "ed" you will listen to a final /t/ sound.
I typed the the password and opened the file. typed /t/- unvoiced final /p/ sound opened /d/- voiced final /n/ sound
