What is a risk assessment? A risk assessment is an examination of a workplace or environment to find what could cause harm to you and others. It also considers what could be done to protect those who could be harmed.
What is step 1 of a risk assessment? Look for potential risks in and around the workplace or product.
What is step 2 of a risk assessment? Decide who may be harmed by the risks identified.
What is step 3 in a risk assessment? Evaluate the risks identified to determine what precautions need to be taken.
What is step 4 in a risk assessment? Write down the findings so that they can be referenced at a later stage.
What is step 5 in a risk assessment. Review the assessment regularly to update it with any changes.
