Create a study plan | Set the goals you want to achieve and organize the content you will study in the following days, weeks, or months and the time you will devote to it. |
Follow-up | Print out a calendar and mark on it every day that you have spent at least 20 minutes studying. You don't want to break the streak. |

Dedicate a specific space for studying that is neat, tidy, well-lit, and free of distractions. |
Take enough rest | Sleep 7-8 hours a day, and take short breaks during your study time. |
Summarize & Review | At the end of each session, make a list of the keywords that summarize what you have studied. At the start of a new session, review the list of keywords from the previous day and go over anything that needs reinforcement. |
Reward yourself | Reward yourself after each day of effort, because you are closer to your goal. Something as simple and comforting as a walk, a coffee, or an episode of your favourite series will be enough. You deserve it! |
No distractions | After a 10-second distraction, it will take you 20 minutes to return to previous concentration levels. The mobile phone is best put away in a drawer. |
Share & Collaborate | Find a study partner, or form a group, and discuss what you are studying, share your doubts and help each other find solutions. |
Be passionate about what you study | Try to connect what you are studying with the things you love the most. For example, if you are studying English and you love music, find those grammar rules you are studying in your favourite songs. |
Uses study techniques | Mind maps, FlashCards, Notes, Diagrams, and Quizzes. These techniques allow you to reduce your study time and make it easier to revise closer to the exam and, best of all, you can find them all on GoConqr! |
